Eurofighter Typhoon
On 9 August 2007 No11 Squadron Royal Air Force took delivery of the multi-role Typhoon. This multi-national fighter was designed as an air superiority fighter and is used by a number of European Air Forces. Export customers include Oman, Kuwait and Qatar. One of the Typhoon's main roles is air defence of the UKs airspace.
