Boeing CH47 Chinook 'WOKKA'
This is a popular heavy lift helicopter that looks great on a Tshirt. This American tandem rotor helicopter began its service in 1962 and continues to work hard for many airforces around the world. The RAF operates the Chinook HC2/A variant and performed(s) an important role in the Falklands, Iraq and Afghanistan. The nickname 'WOKKA' comes from the distinctive sound made by the 60ft diameter twin rotors chopping the air.
